7- But the LORD said to him, “Pay no attention to how tall and handsome he is. I have rejected him, because I do not judge as people judge. They look at the outward appearance, but I look at the heart.”
1 Samuel 16:7
Often we have the mania of comparison, we compare the beauty, the happiness of another, the conquests, however, God does not see how man sees, but He sees the heart.
Each of us has our particular beauty and we must understand that we are beautiful the way we were created, not least because everything God does is perfect.
And such a perfect God chose each one with a purpose.
We should not listen to the bad comments made about our respect, but only trust in God, for he also says:
11- I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.
12- Then you will call to me. You will come and pray to me, and I will answer you.
13- You will seek me, and you will find me because you will seek me with all your heart.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
May we understand that God loves us as we are, and that He knows how to take care of each of us in every detail.
